Your privacy is very important to Embrace SBS. For that reason, we comply with privacy legislation. This means that your data are safe with us and that we will always use them carefully. In this privacy statement we explain what we do at Embrace SBS with information that we learn about you via our website www.embracesbs.com.

If you have any questions or would like to know what data we keep on you, please contact Embrace SBS.

Statistics and profiling

We keep anonymous statistics on the use of our website, for example using Google Analytics. We use these statistics to improve our online website so that we only show relevant information or improve the user-friendliness of our website. It includes improving the mobile version of our website and making frequently-read articles easier to find.

In addition to anonymous statistics, we also collect personal data. We do so only with your consent. We can combine these data to find out more about you. We will always respect your privacy, of course. You can let us know at any time if you do not want us to use these data.

What information do we collect? We collect the following personal data: your first and last name, telephone number, email address, name of your organisation, organisation size, professional field, and sector. We only collect these data when you fill in and submit one of the forms on our website. We keep this information for at least one year, unless you ask us to remove these data.

Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter. This contains news items, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. There is an unsubscribe link in each newsletter.

Your email address will be added to the subscribers’ list only with your consent.

Marketing communications

We would like to tell you more about our products and services. We share this information by email, via social media or by telephone. To this end, we keep track of what you have requested or read from us before, so that we do not unnecessarily bother you with information you do not find interesting. You can object to this advertising at any time. You can unsubscribe using the link in the emails you receive from us. You can also let us know when we call you.

We may also ask your feedback on our website, e-books and events in which we participate. We may ask for this feedback by email or telephone.

Advertisements

Our website only shows advertisements for our own products and services, not those of third parties. We check whether people find these interesting and use information to only show relevant or interesting advertisements and offers in the future.

Such companies include, for example, a marketing company that helps us improve our website, create advertisements or send emails. These companies have the obligation to handle your data confidentially. We reach agreements with these companies about the processing of your personal data. These agreements are set out in a processing agreement.

We may share certain personal data, including your email address, with parties such as Facebook or LinkedIn for putting together custom audiences for our ads. This allows us to show you targeted advertisements. If you do not want your email being shared for these purposes, let us know via info@embracesbs.com.
